Clyde E. Clippard, 88, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, Jan. 15, 2018, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau. The visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with Rev. Kevin Coffee officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson with military honors...
