JACKSON -- Clola E. Stady, 90, of Jackson died Thursday, Feb. 18, 1999, at her home.
She was born May 8, 1908, near Patton, daughter of James M. and Ellen Bollinger Long. She and Jesse Stady were married Feb. 7, 1927. He died July 31, 1988.
Stady had worked at the former Dorsey Dress Factory in Jackson, and at the former Ralph Edwards Sportswear in Cape Girardeau.
She moved to Jackson in 1950 from Advance.
Survivors include two sons, Roger Stady of Herlong, Calif., Wayne Stady of Cape Girardeau; two daughters, Jean Burns and Doris Bollinger of Jackson; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, four brothers, and three sisters.
Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Grant Gillard officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
