Clifford Sandlin
PERRYVILLE -- Clifford Martin Sandlin, 78, of Perryville died Friday, Aug. 28, 1998, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
He was born Oct. 15, 1919, at Crosstown, son of Elia E. and Christina Bohnert Sandlin.
He was retired from Rozier's after working 19 years in the men's clothing department. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville, the VFW and American Legion. He was a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by a brother, Willard Sandlin of Perryville, and a sister, Dorothy Rhyne of Perryville.
Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the Young and Sons Funeral Chapel, with a VFW wake service at 7:15 and an American Legion wake service at 7:30. Friends may also call from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral chapel.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Craig Otto officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
