GLENALLEN, Mo. -- Clifford Flath Jr., 79, of Glenallen, Missouri, died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2014, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
Born in Guthrie, Kentucky, on Nov. 28, 1935, the son of Clifford and Hattie Mae Kirby Flath Sr. He married Shirley Imogene Kemp on Sept. 7, 1957. She survives.
He retired as a truck driver with Genesis Trucking.
Besides his wife, survivors include two sons, Randy (Michelle) Flath of Jackson and Steven Flath of Marble Hill, Missouri; three daughters, Phyllis (Jimmy) Cook and Patty Owens, both of Marble Hill, and Brittney Flath of Glenallen; four grandchildren, Michael (Brooke) Owens, Eric (Christen) Flath, Zach Flath and Zoe Flath; and three great-grandchildren, Hayleigh and Kaelin Flath and Keaton Owens.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill.
A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Monday at the chapel.
