KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Cletus M. Schwartze, 62, of Parkville, Mo., died Sunday, March 12, 2006, at North Kansas City Hospital in Kansas City. KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Cletus M. Schwartze, 62, of Parkville, Mo., died Sunday, March 12, 2006, at North Kansas City Hospital in Kansas City.
He was born Oct. 20, 1943, son of Louis and Nadine Schanuth Schwartze, and raised in Jefferson City, Mo.
Schwartze was a truck driver 36 years with Fleming-Babcock Inc. He lived in the Kansas City area more than 30 years, and was a member of First Baptist Church in Jefferson City.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce; two daughters, Angie Tordoff of Jefferson City, Renee Koppenaal of Columbia, Mo.; three sisters, Armetta Hickman of Jefferson City, Jen Sievers of Jackson, Frances Hentges of Sibley, Mo.; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
The funeral was Wednesday at McGilley Antioch Chapel in Kansas City. Burial was in Forest Hill Cemetery.
