Claude Edward McGee, 67, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, Dec. 21, 1995, at St. Francis Medical Center.
He was born at Alamo, Tenn.
He retired from Mr. C's IGA Grocery. He was a veteran of the Korean War and a life member of the VFW. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Mill Creek, Ill.
He is survived by his wife, Daisy Pennington McGee of Cape Girardeau; a son, Edward McGee of Cape Girardeau; daughters, Carol Dean Goldsmith of Yukon, Okla., and Yetiva McGee of Cape Girardeau; brothers, Virgil, Harold, Jack and Tommy McGee, all of Blytheville, Ark., Bill McGee of Millington, Tenn., David McGee of Turrell, Ark., and Jimmy McGee of Mississippi; and sisters, Bonnie Rice of Blytheville, June Strong of Barnhart and Jackie Fitch of Cape Girardeau.
Service will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. in Cobb Funeral Home Chapel at Blytheville with the Rev. Bill Joyce officiating. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery.
Friends may call from 3 to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
