CLARICE DEVENYNS
PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Clarice L. Devenyns, 91, formerly of Perryville, died Monday, Dec. 18, 2000, in Cheyenne, Wyo. She was born Aug. 27, 1909, at Belgique, Mo., daughter of Peter and Pauline Modde Steinbecker. She and Ed Devenyns were married Oct. 3, 1928. He died March 16, 1989...
PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Clarice L. Devenyns, 91, formerly of Perryville, died Monday, Dec. 18, 2000, in Cheyenne, Wyo.
She was born Aug. 27, 1909, at Belgique, Mo., daughter of Peter and Pauline Modde Steinbecker. She and Ed Devenyns were married Oct. 3, 1928. He died March 16, 1989.
Survivors include four daughters, Norma Trautman of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., Myrna Livingston of Loveland, Colo., Lee Ann Wilson of Hutchinson, Kan., Jayne Thompson of Cheyenne; a brother, Herbert Steinbecker of Perryville; 23 grandchildren; and 50 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and three sisters.
Friends may call at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church after 9 a.m. Saturday.
Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with the Rev. Kevin Fausz officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
Young and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
