Clara Louise Thomas, 94, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, formerly of Jackson, died Monday, Dec. 22, 2014, at St Joseph Nursing Home in Kenosha.

She was born Sept. 21, 1920, in Bowling Green, Missouri, to Frank Leroy and Mary Weitz Sisson. She married Max Thomas, who preceded her in death.

Clara was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Jackson. She was a cashier at Jackson Oil Co.

Survivors include a daughter, Angela Hall of Zion, Wisconsin; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Max; a son, Roger; two brothers, Frank and Lloyd; and a sister, Mary Ellen.

A private funeral was held Dec. 30 at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home in Jackson, with Dr. Grant F.C. Gillard officiating. Burial was in Russell Heights Cemetery.
