CLARA SCHNEIDER

JACKSON -- Clara Ellen Schneider, 60, of Jackson died Thursday, June 1, 2000, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born March 19, 1940, at Painton, daughter of Charlie and Agnes Barker Friedrich. She and Willard A. Schneider were married Feb. 1, 1963, at Oak Ridge.

Schneider was a 1959 graduate of Oak Ridge High School. She had been an assembly line worker at International Shoe Co. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her husband; Willard Schneider of Jackson; two daughters, Shenandoah Schneider of Jackson, Joycelyn Greer of Whitewater; four brothers, Harl Friedrich of Whitewater, Earl Friedrich of Jackson, Vincent and Glenn Friedrich of Oak Ridge; a sister, Vivian Schneider of Jackson; and a granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.

Friends may call at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. Saturday, and Sunday at St. Paul Church after 1 p.m.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the church. The Rev. Robert Henrichs will officiate. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
