SIKESTON -- Funeral service for Mrs. Christena Mae Robinson of Sikeston will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Marvin Graham will officiate, with burial in New Morley Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
Mrs. Robinson, 89 years old, died Wednesday, Feb. 27, 1991, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
She was born Aug. 10, 1901, in Mt. Vernon, Ill., daughter of Tom and Elizabeth Linn Williams. She married Logan Thompson in 1921, who died in 1952. She then married Charlie Robinson in 1954, who died in 1966. She was a member of Vanduser Baptist Church.
Survivors include a brother, John Hyden of Sun, Fla.; five grandchildren, Wilson Glueck Jr. and Virginia Ruedrich of Vanduser, Steve Glueck of Blytheville, Ark., Marilyn Hopper of Morley, Jeris Brown of Sikeston; 26 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, two daughters and two brothers.
