PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Charlet K. Farrar, 65, of Perryville, formerly of Cape Girardeau, passed away Friday, Jan. 24, 2014, at her mother's home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Dec. 1, 1948, in Cape Girardeau, to Charles B. and Geraldine Ponder Farrar.

Survivors include her mother; three brothers, Randy (Chris) Farrar of Cape Girardeau, Daryl (Linda) Farrar and Gary (Jan) Farrar of Gordonville; four sisters, Bonnie (Gary) Scherer, Marlene (Doug) Glenn, Elaine Farrar (Mike Hopen) and Tammy (Dan) Lohmann, all of Cape Girardeau; 14 nieces and nephews; and 14 great-nieces and -nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father.

A private memorial Mass was held for the immediate family.

Arrangements by McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
