Charles R. Zoellner, 59, of Wright City, Mo., died Dec. 17, 2004, at St. John's Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis.

He was born on Aug. 2, 1945, at Biehle, Mo., son of Henry and Emma Clara Schumer Zoellner.

He was a maintenance worker for the Missouri Department of Transportation.

Survivors include his wife, Alice Logan Zoellner; two daughters, Bonnie Brickhaus of Marion, Texas, Juanita Zoellner of Altenburg, Mo.; two stepdaughters, Angela Balkenbusch and Cheryl Balkenbusch, both of Wright City; a stepson, Brian Balkenbusch of Wright City; three brothers, Marvin, Paul and Robert Zoellner, all of Perryville, Mo.; a sister, Margaret Meyer of St. Louis; two grandchildren; and four stepgrandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.

Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Maurus Church Cemetery in Biehle, with the Rev. Tony Dattilo officiating.

Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville is in charge of the arrangements.
