ADVANCE, Mo. -- Charles Duane Wiggins, 49, of Advance passed away Tuesday, June 1, 2010, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born March 26, 1961, in Cape Girardeau, son of Duane and Gonnie Schrader Wiggins.
Charles was a regional director for Benefit Specialist of America. He had been saved and baptized at First Baptist Church in Advance. Charles was an organ donor.
Survivors include his father, Duane Wiggins of Advance; a daughter, Ashley (Andrew) Estes of Scott City; two sisters, Deana (Bill) Mason of Advance, Cheryl (Wally) Jones of Sikeston, Mo.; a granddaughter, Layla Estes; a dear friend, Christy Maurer of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; three nieces, Laina Morse and Mandy Ford of Advance, Gretchen Ward of Scott City; and a nephew, Tyler Ward of Las Vegas.
He was preceded in death by his mother and an infant brother.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Chapel.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Robert Wright officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park.
