Charles Schuessler

UNIONTOWN, Mo. — Charles E. Schuessler, 77, of Uniontown died Friday, Aug. 4, 2017, at Independence Care Center of Perry County, Missouri.

He was born May 4, 1940, in Uniontown, son of Arthur and Marie Hopfer Schuessler. He and June Mouser were married May 10, 1969. She survives in Uniontown.

Charles was a farmer of livestock and agriculture. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Uniontown, Dairy Farmers of America and Extension Council.

Survivors include three daughters and a son, Charlene (Josh) Fritsche and Carol (Joe) Roth, both of Perryville, Missouri, Connie (Mike) Ward of Friedheim and Craig (Angie) Schuessler of Uniontown; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by

his parents.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 6:30 to 9:15 a.m. Monday at Young and Sons Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Grace Lutheran Church in Uniontown, with the Rev. Paul Winningham officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Memorials are preferred to Grace Lutheran Church.
