Charles Richard Ralph, 64, of Cape Girardeau died Saturday, Sept. 18, 1999.
He was born May 31, 1935, in Memphis, Tenn., son of William and Delores Kramer Ralph. He married Patricia Willis on Feb. 9, 1973, in Cape Girardeau.
He was a self-employed general contractor in Cape Girardeau and the surrounding area for more than 30 years before moving to Myrtle Beach, S.C., in 1997. He moved back to Cape Girardeau a few months ago.
He graduated from Arkansas State University in 1956 with a bachelor's degree in business. He was an avid golfer and sportsman all of his life. He was a Baptist.
He is survived by his wife; a brother, William Howard Ralph of Marion, Ark; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the chapel, with the Rev. Kim Ferguson officiating.
Entombment will be at Memorial Park Mausoleum.
