CHARLES M. BAKER IV

ST. MARY -- Charles M. "Chuck" Baker IV of St. Mary died Thursday, Dec. 31, 1998, at Ste. Genevieve Memorial Hospital. He was 15.

He was born Aug. 29, 1983, in St. Louis, son of Charles and Jennifer Bohnert Baker III of St. Mary. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion.

He is survived by his paternal grandparents, Charlie and Pat Baker of Maryland Heights, and his maternal grandmother, Bernice Keller of Pevely.

He was preceded in death by a grandfather and a step-grandfather.

Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Young & Sons Funeral Home in Perryville and from 6:30 to 10:10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.

A funeral Mass will be said at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. A Catholic wake service will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday, with the Rev. Kevin P. Fausz officiating.

Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery in Perryville.
