AURORA, Mo. -- Charles Edward Leitle, 85, of Aurora passed away Monday, Sept. 24, 2018, at Aurora Nursing Center.

He was born June 16, 1933, in Aurora, the son of Joseph and Barbara Pruente Leitle. On Dec. 29, 1976, he married Carolyn Landewee in Chaffee, Missouri.

Rosary will be held from 5 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora. Visitation will follow until 8 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel.

Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Aurora. Burial will follow at the Mount Calvary Cemetery in Aurora.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made payable to the Catholic Charities of Southern Missouri, in care of the funeral home.
