MOUNDS, Ill. -- Funeral mass for Charles L. Hannan of Mounds will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Mound City. The Rev. Bill McGhee will officiate, with burial in St. Catherine's Cemetery in Grand Chain.

Friends may call at Barkett Funeral Home in Mounds after 5 p.m. today. The parish wake will be at 7.

Hannan, 92, died Wednesday, June 22, 1994, at Daystar Care Center in Cairo.

He was born Feb. 13, 1902, in Pulaski County, son of William and Caroline Egner Hannan Sr.

Hannan was a retired farmer, and member of St. Mary's Church.

Survivors include a brother, Bill Hannan of Olmsted.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise, in 1979.
