SIKESTON -- Charles H. Yanson, 76, of Sikeston, died Monday, Nov. 21, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Aug. 12, 1918, in Sikeston, son of Charles Henry and Corinne Edmiston Yanson. He and Ruby Edward were married Feb. 13, 1955.
Yanson was owner/operator of Yanson Jewelry Store until 1983. He served in the U. S. Army Air Corps during World War II.

Survivors include his wife, and a daughter, Carrie Yanson of Sikeston.
He was preceded in death by a sister.
Friends may call at Ponder Funeral Home from 10 a.m.-noon Friday.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Sikeston City Cemetery.
