PERRYVILLE -- Charles F. Miget, 75, of Perryville died Saturday, Oct. 26, 1996, at his residence. Miget was born Sept. 7, 1921, at Perryville, son of August F. and Anna Eleanor Moranville Miget. He and Virginia A. Magwitz were married May 5, 1951. He was the owner/operator of Miget Abstract since 1947. ...

PERRYVILLE -- Charles F. Miget, 75, of Perryville died Saturday, Oct. 26, 1996, at his residence.

Miget was born Sept. 7, 1921, at Perryville, son of August F. and Anna Eleanor Moranville Miget. He and Virginia A. Magwitz were married May 5, 1951.

He was the owner/operator of Miget Abstract since 1947. He was a member of St. Vincent du Paul church, American Legion, Parish Council, secretary/treasurer of Mount Hope Cemetery for 47 years, Jack Trapp Orchestra and 4-Shots in the Dark Quartet. He served in the Army in World War II.

Survivors include his wife; four daughters, Barbara Kirn and Ann Wengert, both of Perryville, Connie White of Leawood, Kan., and Patti Wibbenmeyer of Jackson; a son, John C. Miget of Perryville; three sisters, Lorena Miget of St. Louis, Marge Neulist of Cedar Hill and Rose Marie Miget of Dallas; and 12 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two granddaughters.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Chapel today from 4-9 p.m. and Monday from 6:30-9:45 p.m. A Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday. The Revs. Kevin Fausz and Donald Loesch will officiate, with burial at Mount Hope Cemetery.
