OAK RIDGE -- Charles D. Sievers, 59, of Oak Ridge, died Monday, April 4, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Oct. 17, 1934, in Jackson, son of Emil H. and Mary Dickerson Sievers. He and Judith Hobeck were married Dec. 5, 1970, in Ste. Genevieve.
Sievers was a construction worker with Potashnick Construction 10 years, and also farmed in this area 30 years. He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ in Jackson, Eagles and American Legion in Perryville.
Survivors include his wife; nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home in Jackson from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. David Schaffner officiating. Burial will be in New Salem Cemetery near Daisy.
