CAIRO, Ill. -- Charles W. Brown Jr., 70, of Cairo died Thursday, March 15, 2018, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Crain Funeral Home in Cairo. Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with Mary Helen Wissinger officiating.
