SIKESTON, Mo. — Charles C. Beaudean, 90, passed away Sunday, Sept. 27, 2020, at Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau.
He was born June 2, 1930, in Cape Girardeau to the late James and Julia Unterreiner Beaudean.
Charles was a veteran of the U.S. Army/Air Force. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Sikeston. He retired from Sikeston Daily Standard newspaper in 1995.
On Dec. 26, 1959, in Puxico, Missouri, he married Marvin Joyce Kitchen Beaudean, who survives of the home in Sikeston.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Derek and Debbie Wilson of Scott City, Garland and Lisa Beaudean of St. Louis and Marland and Natalea Beaudean of St. Louis; a daughter, Susan Howard and Johnny Harrison of Sikeston; grandchildren, Lauren Wilson, Whitney Wilson, Dustin Howard, Josh Howard, Tori Beaudean, Hannah Beaudean, Olivia Beaudean, Blake Beaudean, Bennett Beaudean and Beckett Beaudean; and four great-grandchildren, Tessa Wilson, Iley Wilson, Mia Wilson and Seth Howard.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Seth Howard; five brothers; and two sisters.
A celebration of life service will be held by the family Oct. 24. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until time of memorial service at 3 p.m. at the Amor on the River (The Riverhouse) in Scott City, with a dinner to follow.
