JONESBORO, Ill. -- Charlene Evelyn Bush, 77, of Jonesboro died Thursday, Jan. 6, 2005, at her home. She was born Dec. 13, 1927, in Alto Pass, Ill., daughter of Clifford Angus and Hazel Beatrice Tellor Rhodes. She and Charles Isaac Bush were married March 13, 1948...

JONESBORO, Ill. -- Charlene Evelyn Bush, 77, of Jonesboro died Thursday, Jan. 6, 2005, at her home.

She was born Dec. 13, 1927, in Alto Pass, Ill., daughter of Clifford Angus and Hazel Beatrice Tellor Rhodes. She and Charles Isaac Bush were married March 13, 1948.

Bush was a secretary at Choate Mental Health Center, retiring in 1991. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Charla Rohlfing of Moscow, Idaho; two brothers, Clifford Rhodes Jr. of Fayetteville, N.C., Harley Rhodes of Anna; and a sister, Lillian Rhodes of Denver, Colo.

Friends may call at First Baptist Church from 10 a.m. until time of service Wednesday.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with the Rev. Joe Aldridge officiating. Burial will be in Alto Pass Cemetery.

Hileman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
