PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Caroline E. Long, 88, formerly of Perryville, died June 14, 2005, at Bayside Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in St. Petersburg, Fla. She was born Jan. 12, 1917, in Perry County, Mo., daughter of Peter and Louise Kohm. She and Densel L. Long were married, and he preceded her in death...

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Caroline E. Long, 88, formerly of Perryville, died June 14, 2005, at Bayside Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in St. Petersburg, Fla.

She was born Jan. 12, 1917, in Perry County, Mo., daughter of Peter and Louise Kohm. She and Densel L. Long were married, and he preceded her in death.

She was a member of Lithium Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Glen Long of Perryville, Larry Long of Ste. Genevieve, Mo.; and a daughter, Velda Elbert of St. Petersburg.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons and a sister.

Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Lithium Baptist Church.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with the Rev. Gerold McBride officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Fork Cemetery.
