Carol Ann Henkel, 64, of Imperial, Mo., formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Thursday, July 14, 2011, at St. Anthony's Medical Center in St. Louis.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas "Randy" Henkel of Imperial; a daughter, Brandy Jo Henkel of Imperial; two sons, Greg L. Daniels of Scott City, Ron A. Binder of Farmington, Mo.; five grandchildren, Tayden, Landen, Zoe and Maddie Binder, and Wyatt Randal Blair; two sisters, Susan Schmidt of Chesterfield, Mo., Sharon Fornkohl of Egypt Mills; four brothers, Clarence "Rocky" Ervin of Scott City, Robert, Alan and Brian Ervin of Jackson.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to service time Thursday at Scriptural Evangelical Lutheran Church in Egypt Mills.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with the Rev. Mark Rogers officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
