Carol Dias

Carol Dias, daughter of the late Kelly Seabaugh and Zeta Deimund Seabaugh, was born Sept. 11, 1960, in Cape Girardeau and departed her life Thursday, Dec. 29, 2022, at Southeast Hospital at the age of 62 years.

She was a former employee of Local Carpenters Union No. 1098 in Cape Girardeau; affiliated with Eisleben Lutheran Church in Scott City; and was a resident of Scott City. She enjoyed watching her favorite Hallmark movies, spending time with her grandchildren, baking, planting flowers and gardening.

Survivors include one daughter, Michelle (Dustin) Huckstep of Scott City; two granddaughters, Kambri and Brylee Huckstep, both of Scott City; brother, Kenny Seabaugh of Arkansas; and sister, LaDonna Gilder of Marquand, Missouri.

Memorial service will be conducted at Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date.
