ANNA, Ill. -- Carl V. Mount, 60, of Anna, died Monday, April 25, 1994, at his home. He was born July 14, 1933, in Simpson, son of William R. and Leone Murrie Mount. He and Leona Carnell were married Nov. 22, 1986, in Anna. Mount was a maintenance worker at the Choate Mental Health and Developmental Center power plant. He was a member of Anna VFW Post 3455 and Anna Elks Lodge 1641. He was a veteran of the Korean War...

ANNA, Ill. -- Carl V. Mount, 60, of Anna, died Monday, April 25, 1994, at his home.

He was born July 14, 1933, in Simpson, son of William R. and Leone Murrie Mount. He and Leona Carnell were married Nov. 22, 1986, in Anna.

Mount was a maintenance worker at the Choate Mental Health and Developmental Center power plant. He was a member of Anna VFW Post 3455 and Anna Elks Lodge 1641. He was a veteran of the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Jim and John Mount of Anna; his mother of Vienna; two sisters, Phyllis Taylor and Betty Trout of Vienna; eight stepgrandchildren, and two great-stepgrandchildren.

Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna from 6-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.
