CHARLESTON -- Burlee Ann Wylde, 69, of Charleston, died Thursday, Oct. 14, 1993, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. She was born March 10, 1924, in Vale, Tenn., daughter of John Wesley and Mamie Mae York Evans. She and Ira Joseph Wylde were married Nov. 27, 1937. He died Sept. 11, 1979...

CHARLESTON -- Burlee Ann Wylde, 69, of Charleston, died Thursday, Oct. 14, 1993, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

She was born March 10, 1924, in Vale, Tenn., daughter of John Wesley and Mamie Mae York Evans. She and Ira Joseph Wylde were married Nov. 27, 1937. He died Sept. 11, 1979.

Survivors include two sons, Gary Wylde of Charleston, Loren Wylde of Sikeston; two daughters, Shirley Bedwell of St. Louis, Pat Gould of Cahokia, Ill.; 14 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, three brothers and a sister.

Funeral service will be at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at McMikle Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 5:30 p.m. today.
