FORISTELL, Mo. -- Brian L. Goodman, 53, of Foristell, beloved husband, father son, and brother, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2022.
He was born Aug. 20, 1968, in Cape Girardeau and was a friend to everyone he met. He and Tammy Kraemer were married July 19, 1997, in Jackson.
He grew up in McClure, Illinois, and was a graduate of Shawnee High School and Quincy University, but continued seeking knowledge his entire life. In the last five years he worked for TPS in St. Louis as director of communications and network technology.
Brian never saw a problem, only opportunities. Every obstacle was a chance to prove he could conquer it. He always impressed the people he met with just how much he knew about so many topics. Rarely can you find a person who can show a computer who is boss and then help you remodel your entire house. He had the biggest smile and wore it often. Bman was always the truest definition of a friend to everyone he met.
His greatest love was his family. He is survived by his wife, Tammy Goodman of Foristell; son, Andrew Kraemer of Denver, Colorado; mother, Jessie (Kenneth) Raines of Cape Girardeau; brother, Brad (Laura) Goodman of Cape Girardeau; brother-in-law, Richard Kraemer of Bloomsdale, Missouri; and countless neighbors and friends who were blessed to know him.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Lindsey Cemetery.
