CHAFFEE -- Funeral service for Brenda Elise Anderson of Chaffee will be held at 1 p.m. today at House of Prayer. The Rev. Dale Hendrix will officiate, with burial in Cummins Cemetery at McClure, Ill.
Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel at Chaffee is in charge of arrangements.
Anderson, 55, died Sunday, Nov. 12, 1995, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Oct. 25, 1940, in Centerville, Tenn., daughter of Noah Ezra and Eunice Evelyn Lester Tidwell. She and Bobie Anderson were married Feb. 22, 1960. He preceded her in death Feb. 11, 1990.
Anderson was employed by Chaffee General Hospital as a registered nurse until her retirement.
Survivors include two sons, Stanton and James Anderson of Chaffee; three daughters, Darla Grumblatt of Allentown, Pa., Kia Sadler of Brownwood, Andrea Montgomery of Zalma; a brother, Carl Tidwell of Granite City, Ill.; three sisters, June Matyas of Fulton, Ill., Joyce Arensmann of Chaffee, Ruth Staggs of Centerville, and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers.
