ANNA, Ill. -- Brandon Thomas Jackson, 35, of Anna died at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 13, 2012, at his home. He was born Feb. 18, 1976, in Carbondale, Ill., the son of Melvin Thomas "Gus" Jackson and Tammy Hileman Stewart. Brandon is survived by his mother, Tammy (David) Stewart of Jonesboro, Ill.; his father, Gus (Lila) Jackson of Makanda, Ill.; his former wife, Kendall Jackson Wilson; a daughter, Madison Riley Jackson and a son, Tristen Thomas Jackson, both of Cape Girardeau; three brothers, Chad and Ian Stewart, both of Jonesboro, and Jim Scutt of Paducah, Ky.; four sisters, Cortnie Stewart, Jodie Stewart and Codie Carver, all of Jonesboro, and Amy Scutt of Marion, Ill.; uncles and aunts, Carey (Sue) Hileman of Crab Orchard, Ill., Bruce (Helen) Hileman of Lake Of Egypt, Ill., Todd (Sue) Hileman of Anna; maternal grandparents, Henry L. ...

ANNA, Ill. -- Brandon Thomas Jackson, 35, of Anna died at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 13, 2012, at his home.

He was born Feb. 18, 1976, in Carbondale, Ill., the son of Melvin Thomas "Gus" Jackson and Tammy Hileman Stewart.

Brandon is survived by his mother, Tammy (David) Stewart of Jonesboro, Ill.; his father, Gus (Lila) Jackson of Makanda, Ill.; his former wife, Kendall Jackson Wilson; a daughter, Madison Riley Jackson and a son, Tristen Thomas Jackson, both of Cape Girardeau; three brothers, Chad and Ian Stewart, both of Jonesboro, and Jim Scutt of Paducah, Ky.; four sisters, Cortnie Stewart, Jodie Stewart and Codie Carver, all of Jonesboro, and Amy Scutt of Marion, Ill.; uncles and aunts, Carey (Sue) Hileman of Crab Orchard, Ill., Bruce (Helen) Hileman of Lake Of Egypt, Ill., Todd (Sue) Hileman of Anna; maternal grandparents, Henry L. and Lotrell Hileman of Anna; other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Thomas and Virginia Jackson.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna, with the Rev. LaRue Parr officiating. Interment will be in the McGinnis Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the educational fund for his children, and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
