Brandon Cole Griffin, 25, of Scott City died Wednesday, April 6, 2022, in Cape Girardeau County.

He was born Dec. 4, 1996, in Cape Girardeau to Jimmie and Janine McClain Griffin.

Brandon was an electrician for SEMO Milling. He was a graduate of Scott City High School and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

He is survived by his parents, Jimmie and Janine Griffin of Scott City; a brother, Lee Griggs of Scott City; a sister, Julie (Darrell) Stovall of Sikeston, Missouri; paternal grandparents, Jimmie and Johnne Griffin of Scott City; maternal grandparents, Gerald and Daisy McClain of Charleston, Missouri; paternal great-grandmother, Glenda Griffin of Scott City; and numerous nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, April 10, at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Brent Horton officiating. Burial, with full military honors, will be at Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
