Bonnie Guyot

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Bonnie A. Guyot, 87, of Perryville died Sunday, Sept. 18, 2005, at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born Jan. 19, 1918, at Sedgewickville, Mo., daughter of Benton and Cora Conrad Murray. She and Merlin F. Guyot were married Aug. 21, 1943. He died Dec. 19, 2004.

Guyot was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and past board member of Guyot Lumber Co.

Survivors include three sons, David Guyot of Overland Park, Kan., James "Jim" and Richard "Rick" Guyot of Perryville; two brothers, Elliot Murray of Sedgewickville, Benton Murray of St. Charles, Mo.; a sister, Bertha Hudson of Perryville; and nine grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, two brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. The wake will be at 5 p.m. Wednesday, and the rosary will be recited at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

The funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Vincent de Paul Church, with the Rev. Kevin Fausz officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
