Bonnie English, 65, of Gordonville died Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014, at Landmark Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born April 12, 1948, in Cape Girardeau to Herbert and Dorris Blattel Holshouser. She and Roger English were married Feb. 7, 1970, in Cape Girardeau.
Bonnie was a day-care worker for Ms. Dale, Community Day Care, Cinnamon Bear, KinderCare and Jack & Jill Daycare, and had also been a cashier at Wal-Mart.
Survivors include her husband, Roger English; two daughters, Tonya and Amy English, all of Gordonville; two brothers, Rodney Hols-houser (Tamara) of Cape Girardeau and Gary Holshouser of Jackson; and a grandchild, Brandi Nicole Bell of Cape Girardeau.
She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother, Phillip Holshouser.
Friends may call from noon until service time Saturday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Rodger Kiepe officiating. A committal service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
