JONESBORO, Ill. -- Bonnie Jean Dunn, 77, of Jonesboro died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2009, at Union County Hospital in Anna, Ill. She was born Jan. 19, 1931, daughter of John and Mae Chaney Foster. She and John C. Dunn Sr. were married Feb. 27, 1950, in Pocahontas, Ark. He died Oct. 14, 1999...

JONESBORO, Ill. -- Bonnie Jean Dunn, 77, of Jonesboro died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2009, at Union County Hospital in Anna, Ill.

She was born Jan. 19, 1931, daughter of John and Mae Chaney Foster. She and John C. Dunn Sr. were married Feb. 27, 1950, in Pocahontas, Ark. He died Oct. 14, 1999.

Survivors include two sons, John Dunn Jr. of Cobden, Ill., Julian Dunn of Jonesboro; two brothers, Kenneth Foster of Goreville, Ill., Joe Foster of Kansas City, Kan.; two sisters, Marie Newman of Lick Creek, Ill., Joan Flick of Kansas City; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter and two sons.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. John Prather officiating. Burial will be in Anna City Cemetery.
