MOREHOUSE, Mo. -- Bonnie Louise Lynn Brown, 70, of Morehouse passed away Thursday, Aug. 25, 2016, at her home surrounded by her family and friends.
She was born Oct. 16, 1945, in New Madrid, Missouri, to the late Audrey James and Iva Jewell Whorton Lynn.
Bonnie retired from Good Humor in 2006. She belonged to First Baptist Church in Delta. Bonnie's passions were her family, friends, home and a good garage sale.
Survivors include a daughter, Michelle (Jason) Nance of Jackson; two brothers, Forrest (June) Lynn and Steve (Judy) Lynn, both of Chaffee, Missouri; a sister, Kay (Randy) Yant of Sikeston, Missouri; a grandson, Kyle Taylor of Jackson; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She also was preceded in death by her son, Brian Brown, in 1980, and a brother, Jim Lynn.
The family would like to extend special thanks to Sue Glenn, cousin and caregiver, and special neighbors, Liz, Gloria, Martha, Susan and Ernie.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. Sunday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.
The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the chapel, with the Revs. Randy Conn and Randy Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Cemetery at Advance, Missouri.
