KENNETT, Mo. -- Bobby W. Williams Sr., 55, of Kennett died Friday, Nov. 8, 2002, at his home.
He was born July 12, 1947, at Maynard, Ark. He and Rita Campbell were married Jan. 25, 1980, at Arlington, Ky.
He had lived in Kennett for a year. He was a carpenter and auto repair mechanic.
Survivors include his wife; four sons, Bobby Williams Jr. of Villa Ridge, Ill., Jackie Williams of Cairo, Ill., Joseph Williams of Jonesboro, Ill., and Timothy Williams of Mounds, Ill.; two stepsons, Jason Russell of Dexter and Billy Patula of Marion, Ill.; one stepdaughter, Bobbie Myers of Bloomfield, Mo.; three brothers, Bill Williams of Mounds, Jerry Williams of Villa Ridge, and Don Williams of Cardwell, Mo.; four sisters, Jane Willard of Kennett, Bernice Pyle of Sacramento, Calif., May Morris of Mounds and Rosemary Shown of Kennett; 22 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. today at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter, with the Rev. David Henderson officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery.
