Bobby Gene Griffith, 56, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Feb. 19, 2017, at his home.
He was born Sept. 27, 1960, in Cape Girardeau to Kenneth H. and Wanda Beckett Griffith.
Bobby worked at many different organizations performing different jobs.
Survivors include his father, Kenneth H. Griffith of Cape Girardeau; a son, Robert Griffith of Cape Girardeau; grandchildren, Bryan Schoen of Cape Girardeau and Blake Griffith of Scott City; three sisters, Teresa (Steve) Hettenhouser, Lisa (Anthony) Bierschwal and Anna (Luther) Sparks, all of Cape Girardeau; and a brother, Harlan LeRoy (Monica) Griffith of Cape Girardeau.

He was preceded in death by his mother.
Friends may call from noon to 1 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. today at the funeral home, with the Rev. George Smith officiating. Burial will be at Lorimier Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made toward the funeral expense.
