DEXTER, Mo. -- Bobbie Dean Ford, 62, of Dexter died Thursday, April 21, 2005, at Elvis Presley Memorial Trauma Center in Memphis, Tenn.
He was born July 17, 1942, in Scott County, Mo., son of William Clyde and Cecil Geraldine Salyers Ford.
Ford was an auto body repairman.
Survivors include three sons, Vincent and Timothy Ford of Millersville, Tenn., William Ford of Cedar Creek, Texas; four daughters, Constance Kinard and Shannon Dunagan of Benton, Ill., Shelly Simpson of Florence, Texas, Bobbie Sherrod of Rockledge, Fla.; three brothers, Dorsey Ford of Boynton Beach, Fla., Dan Ford of Sikeston, Mo., Joe Ford of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; five sisters, Wanda Dirickson and Shirley Coleman of Sikeston, Charlotte Ford of Murray, Ky., Carolyn Bourcier of Flint, Mich., Linda Dovers of Austin, Texas; 20 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.
Friends may call at Blanchard Funeral Chapel in Sikeston from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the chapel, with the Rev. Dewayne Coleman officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories at Sikeston.
