BOB ROACH

JONESBORO, Ill. -- Harold "Bob" Roach, 69, of Jonesboro died Sunday, Oct. 10, 1999, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

He was born March 20, 1930, in Barringer County, Mich., son of Roy and Mary Coats Roach. He and Arnetta Pedigo were married Dec. 3, 1949, in Piggott, Ark.

Roach was a construction worker.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Harold Roach Jr. of Anna, Danny Roach of Jonesboro; seven daughters, Sarah Pind of Wolf Lake, Judy Murray of Havelock, N.C., Glenda Womack and Mona Shipley of Jonesboro, Shelbby Eubanks and Lynn Roach of Cobden, and Tina Smith of Port Allegany, Pa.

Also surviving are four brothers, Kenny and Bill Roach of Jonesboro, Jack and Mike Roach of Anna; three sisters, Mary Bridges of Anna, Helen Johnson of Cobden, Geraldine Forrester of Pennsylvania; 22 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, two sons, and two brothers.

Friends may call at Hileman and Parr Funeral Home in Jonesboro from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Jonesboro Cemetery.
