PERKINS, Mo. -- Bob Gene Berry, 80, of Perkins passed away Monday, April 21, 2014, at Advance Nursing Center.
He was born April 14, 1934, in Morrilton, Ark., son of W.R. and Nancy Alexander Berry. He and Jerrie Irwin were married March 16, 1952, at Bell City, Mo.
Bob had been a self-employed heating and cooling man.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He served as a medic in Germany 18 months.
Survivors include his wife, Jerrie Berry of Perkins; a sister-in-law, Kay Burlison of Perkins; a nephew, Lynn Burlison of Perkins; and a niece, Kristi Mathis of St. Peters, Mo.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance, Mo.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. Brian Gill officiating. Burial will be in Williams Cemetery at Perkins.
