A memorial service for Blondell S. Eaker of Tulsa, Okla., formerly of Cape Girardeau, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel. The Rev. Otto Steinhaus will officiate, with burial in Lorimier Cemetery.
Eaker, 80, died Friday, April 17, 1992, at Colonial Manor Nursing Home in Tulsa.

She was a member of New McKendree United Methodist Church, Southeast Missouri Hospital and St. Francis Medical Center Auxiliaries, and had been a volunteer at a senior citizen's center here.
Survivors include a granddaughter, Faith Orlowski McMahan of Tulsa.
