Daughter to Dean and Alana Mesenbrink of Libby, Mont., St. John's Lutheran Hospital, 8:34 a.m. Friday, Sept. 19, 2008. Name, Maura Claire. Weight, 9 pounds, 5 1/2 ounces. First child. Mrs. Mesenbrink is the daughter of Rita and Phil Garcia of Jefferson City, Mo., and Bob and Diane Kirkpatrick of Bowling Green, Mo. She is formerly of Advance, Mo. Mr. and Mrs. Mesenbrink are employed by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Libby Dam. He is the son of Carol Mesenbrink of Moyie Springs, Idaho, and the late Herman Mesenbrink.

Winkler

Son to David and Elizabeth Winkler of Kirkwood, Mo., St. Mary's Hospital in St. Louis, 9:43 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 28, 2008. Name, Noah Michael. Weight, 9 pounds. First child. Mrs. Winkler is the former Elizabeth Shivelbine, daughter of Michael and Kathleen Shivelbine of Cape Girardeau. She is a Ph.D. candidate at St. Louis University. Winkler is the son of Dr. William and Carol Winkler of Janesville, Wis. He is a clinical medical technologist with Quest Laboratories.
