Billy Gene Todd Jr., 48 of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2019, at his home. He was born June 12, 1971, in Cape Girardeau to Billy Gene Todd Sr. and Geraldine Willard Todd. Billy is survived by his parents, Billy and Geraldine Todd; two sisters, Rhonda Holshouser and Rita Todd; one son, Zachary (Harley Kelley) Todd; one daughter, Rose Hall; two grandchildren, Ryder and Axel; and nieces, nephews and other relatives...

He was preceded in death by one brother, Randy Todd.

Cremation rites will be accorded. The Todd family will host a memorial service at a later date.
