Billy Story

OLIVE BRANCH, Ill. -- Billy D. Story, 48, of Olive Branch died Thursday, July 31, 2003, at St. Frances Medical Center in Cape Girardeau

He was born July 15, 1955, in Anna, Ill., son of Billy Dean and Shirley Beasley Story. He and Kimberly Arthur were married June 29, 1974.

Story was owner and operator of Story Construction. He was a member of Cairo Masonic Lodge 237 AF&AM, and International Order of Operating Engineers Local 318.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Michael Story of Olive Branch; two brothers, Mark Story of Cairo, Ill., Steve Story of Wickliffe, Ky.; a half sister, Deana Story of Thebes, Ill.; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms, Ill. A Masonic service will be at 7:30 by Cairo Lodge 237.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Earnest Brown officiating. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery.
