Billy Maddox

Billy Gene Maddox, 79, of Jackson died Saturday, July 31, 2010, at the Monticello House in Jackson.

He was born Nov. 24, 1930, in Piggot, Ark., to Noah and Carrie Bell Mikel Maddox. He was married July 24, 1954, to Mary Katheryn Scribner.

Survivors include his wife, Katheryn, of Jackson; a son, Mark E. Maddox (Sandra) of Covington, Tenn; two daughters, Kim Boone (Glenn) of Pea Ridge, Ark., and Lisa McArthur (BJ) of Jackson; seven grandchildren, Diana Bryan (Nick), Holly and Natalie Maddox of Covington, Whitney Montgomery (Nathan) of Bentonville, Ark., Kailee Boone of Pea Ridge and Brandon and Brittany McArthur, both of Jackson; two sisters, Jo Ann Marler, Bonnie Campbell, both of Clarkton, Mo.

Two brothers, Jack Maddox (infant) and Wayne Maddox preceded him in death.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Woodlawn Cemetery in Campbell, Mo., with the Rev. Dale Rickman officiating.

Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden, Mo., is in charge of arrangements.
