CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Billy Jo Piper, 58, passed away Friday, July 8, 2016, at John J. Pershing VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Billy Jo Piper, 58, passed away Friday, July 8, 2016, at John J. Pershing VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
He was born Nov. 24, 1957, in Kansas City, Missouri, to the late Billy John and Phyllis Jean Brice Piper. He married Ellen C. Kitchen on Feb. 14, 2001, and she survives of the home.
Billy was a retired maintenance worker for the city of Paradise Valley, Arizona.

Survivors also include one stepdaughter, Ashley (Josh) Dambauch of Chaffee; one brother, Gary (Deborah) Piper of Lenexa, Kansas; two sisters, Theresa Carrol of Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, and Pam (John) Morse of Overland Park, Kansas; and six foster grandchildren, Aiden, Jayden, Daniel, Montee, Katherine and Kamaria.
A graveside service with full military honors will be at noon Monday at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, with the Rev. Bill Hatch officiating.
