CHAFFEE -- Billy Ray Crowder, 46, of Chaffee died Monday, Aug. 9, 1999, at his home.
He was born April 13, 1953, in Covington, Tenn., son of John William and Evelyn Baker Claggett Crowder.
Crowder was self-employed.
Survivors include a daughter, Tammy Crowder of Missouri; three brothers, Ray Crowder of Arnold, Charles Crowder of Chaffee, Ray Spencer of Union City, Tenn.; six sisters, Sue Reddish, Linda McDonough, Doris Parker, Glenda Blue and Estelle Larson, all of Chaffee, Lynn Whitehead of West Helena, Ark.; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
Friends may call Thursday at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Helena.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Roller-Citizens. Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery at West Helena.
