Billy Ray Chambers, 31, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, July 4, 2010, at his home.
He was born Sept. 11, 1978, in Cape Girardeau to Devonda Casey and Dennis Chambers.
He had worked in construction and was of the Christian faith.
He enjoyed collecting basketball cards, loved to wrestle and loved being a father.
Survivors include two sons, Hunter Chambers of Cape Girardeau and Timothy Clasby of Jackson; his mother, Devonda Casey of Cape Girardeau; his father, Dennis Chambers of Texas, a brother, Mike Chambers of Jackson; a sister, Tami Rutherford of Jackson; three nieces; three nephews; and many cousins.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Funeral Home.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Funeral Home, with the Rev. Steven Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in Lorimier Cemetery.
